SHIPPING POLICY

Beaded Blossom Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • During peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take up to 3 business days.

  • For urgent orders, select Express Shipping at checkout — it’s the only USPS service with guaranteed delivery.

Delivery Estimates

  • We ship from the United States.

  • Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days.

  • Expedited options are available at checkout.

  • We do not currently ship internationally due to customs fees.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping within the U.S. is free for orders of $50 and above

  • Priority and Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Responsibility After Shipping

  • Once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Beaded Blossom Return Policy

We want you to love your Beaded Blossom pieces! Because each item is thoughtfully crafted, we ask that you review our return policy carefully before placing your order. 

Final Sale Items

  • Earrings, sale items, and purchases made using a discount code of 10% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.

​

Return Window

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Once approved, the item must be received by us within 10 days.

  • Returns received outside this window will not be accepted.

​

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping. We do not provide return labels.

  • A 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@beadedblossom.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we’ll send instructions on where to send your item.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.

  • All items are insured, and we’ll send a replacement if the damage is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Any item not in original condition or returned without prior approval

​

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but missing:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • Our shipping labels include GPS tracking to assist with locating your package.

Exchanges

 


We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap an item:

  • Return the original (if eligible)

  • Place a new order for the desired item


Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified of approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at info@beadedblossom.com.
